Open to all current Kitayama students TK to 5th grade
Week 1 Camp Dates: May 31, June 1, 2, 3
Week 2 Camp Dates: June 13, 14, 15, 16
Week 1 AM session: 8:00 – 10:30am
Week 2 AM session: 8:00 – 10:30am
Week 1 PM session: 10:30am – 1:00 pm
Week 2 PM session: 10:30am – 1:00pm Cost (includes t-shirt): **
Make checks payable to: Kitayama PTA
AM Sessions (8-10:30am) = $100/week Cash or money orders are also acceptable
PM Sessions (10:30-1pm) = $100/week
All day (8am-1pm) = $180/week
Note: A student can sign up for both AM & PM sessions.
Scholarships are available. Contact Coach Chong via e-mail at bchong@nhusd.k12.ca.us to inquire about scholarships and/or if anyone would like to sponsor a student.
Location: Kitayama School (outdoor location).
Check in/Pick up at the main parking lot gates off Sunsprite Dr. P.E. activities will help promote self-confidence and sportsmanship, while your child makes new friends interacting with other kids.
Instructions: Wear comfortable clothes & proper socks and shoes (masks optional) – Bring a bottle or two of water, labeled with child’s name
Bring snacks, if attending both sessions Submit registration form, signed waiver agreement and payment via drop off at school office or mail to:
